This sacred group experience blends the calming resonance of sound bowls, chimes, and other harmonic sound elements with guided stillness and breath, inviting each participant to drop into deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner clarity. Step into a serene outdoor space where nature becomes both the setting and the co-healer. In this guided group session, we blend mindful breath-work, grounding practices, and vibrational sound tools such as chimes, bowls, and gentle drumming to help participants reconnect with their senses, restore balance, and feel deeply supported by the rhythms of the natural world.
