This sacred group experience blends the calming resonance of sound bowls, chimes, and other harmonic sound elements with guided stillness and breath, inviting each participant to drop into deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner clarity. Gentle, spacious, and deeply nourishing, this group session creates a collective pause for renewal, presence, and reconnection to self. Ideal for grounding and quieting the mind in a noisy world.

The Sacred Pause Circle offers a restorative blend of mindfulness, gentle breath-work, and guided energy balancing designed to support nervous system reset and emotional regulation. 4. Group Soulful Sound Journey
Gather in sacred space for a deeply resonant group experience that weaves together sound healing and soul remembrance through the Akashic field. The Group Sound Soul Journey is more than a sound bath, it's an intentional vibrational ceremony that opens the door to your inner wisdom, supported by the power of community and collective presence.
5. nature-based sound and mindfulness group session
Step into a serene outdoor space where nature can become both the setting and the co-healer. In this guided group session, we blend mindful breath-work, grounding practices, and vibrational sound tools such as chimes, bowls, and gentle drumming to help participants reconnect with their senses, restore balance, and feel deeply supported by the rhythms of the natural world.
6. Mini Sound Reset & Go
This pop-up experience is a mini tune-up for body and mind in this 15–20 minute chair-based session designed to restore calm and balance when life feels busy. Weighted tuning forks are gently placed on key acupressure and relaxation points to release tension and harmonize energy flow, while soft sound frequencies, Reiki and mindful breath invite deep relaxation. This on-the-go session supports the nervous system, helps quiet the mind, and leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and realigned.
