A Intimate Group Sound & Awareness Experience Soul Star FLOW is a guided group experience blending gentle guided awareness and immersive sound to support relaxation, clarity, and embodied presence. We’ll begin by grounding the body and calming the nervous system, then explore awareness of the Soul Star field, known as the 8 Chakra, the subtle space above the crown linked to expanded awareness and spacious clarity. There’s nothing to activate or figure out, this experience is about just noticing and allowing. After expanding into the soul star consciously, sound holds and integrates the experience, helping you remain grounded while awareness gently opens. You’ll leave feeling calm, spacious, and reset.
