Join me in a sacred circle of sisterhood where we attune to the wisdom of nature’s elements and cycles earth, water, fire, air, and wood. Each element offers a unique energetic invitation:
Earth grounds us in safety, stability, and our sacred connection to the body and the physical world.
Water teaches us the art of flow, emotional intelligence, and the power of intuitive movement.
Fire inspires transformation, passion, and the inner spark of purpose.
Air clears space for breath, clarity, thought, and communication.
Ether (Spirit) connects us to the unseen, the infinite, and the divine mystery within and around us.
Wood represents growth, vision, and new beginnings—encouraging expansion, purpose, and the courage to move forward with rooted strength.
Together, we’ll explore how these elemental forces live within us and guide the natural cycles of life, creation, growth, release, and renewal. Through shared reflection, gentle ritual, and embodied practices, we’ll deepen into our connection to the Earth and one another.
As a part of this journey, each woman will create a Nature Talisman a sacred object crafted from 800 year old cedar forest, natural and elemental materials and infused with personal intention. A talisman is more than art; it is an energetic anchor and spiritual companion, holding meaning, memory, and your unique essence. It serves as a reminder of your inner strength, your connection to the greater whole, and the energy you wish to embody and carry forward.
This is a space for gathering, grounding, remembering, and honoring your place in the beautiful web of life. Dress to be outside for a part of the evening around the fire.
